BARREL AGED BEER PROGRAM

The addition of the toasted and charred barrel grade oak chip extract is incomparable in the industry.
The addition of the flavor compounds have gone through the proprietary Two Trees process creating depth of flavor that simulate the flavors found in products barrel-aged over extended time.
These compounds are pre-oxidized and contain antioxidants to reduce free radical compounds in the fermented product. With the flavor compounds being able to be added under 100% Carbon Dioxide conditions, the addition will not ingress additional Dissolved Oxygen (DO) into the fermented product.
